"Lose your mind and come to your senses." ~Fritz Perls
A fundamental tenet of Gestalt Therapy is that inner-tranquility flows from a mind set free. The practices of self-observation, self-responsibility, self-assessment, self-correction, non-attachment, detachment, non-judgment, and staying present synergistically produce the foundational structure from which mental freedom naturally arises. Hence, self-awareness reflects the quintessential embodiment of a free mind. It is within this mental space that peace exists, harmony thrives, and a strong sense of well-being is ever-present.
